Head of Product Management

About The Position

Tarya Fintech is a leading provider in the new emerging Fintech world. Our Financial Platform as a Service (F-PaaS™) enables companies to provide end-to-end financial services that are traditionally otherwise outsourced. F-PaaS™ empowers organizations to add new revenue channels, increase value to the customer and improve client retention, from day one. 

Our team consists of multi-disciplined and international professionals and includes Finance and Risk experts, Product Managers, Software Architects, DevOps, and QA experts. 

 

Tarya Fintech is looking for a talented Head of Product Management to join our senior leadership team, help us continue our rapid growth, and create a better way forward for our customers.  

As the Head of Product, you will be responsible for driving the product vision, strategy, and execution to meet the needs of our clients and advance the growth of Tarya Fintech. You will lead a dedicated team of product managers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver industry-leading financial solutions.

This role reports directly to the CEO and is a crucial part of the company's management team. 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company's business goals. Continuously assess market trends, customer feedback, and industry dynamics to refine and adapt the product roadmap. 
  • Build and lead a high-performing product organization, including product managers, designers, and researchers. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the team. 
  • Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on market demands, competitive analysis, and customer feedback. Ensure the delivery of product features and enhancements that drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth. 
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, engineering, and other departments to align product development with overall company objectives. Foster effective communication and collaboration across teams. 
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development through to launch and ongoing performance analysis. Make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance and user experience. 
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to identify emerging opportunities and threats. Use insights to inform product strategy and feature development. 
  • Champion a customer-centric approach to product development. Ensure that the voice of the customer is central to product decisions and that products meet the needs of our diverse client base. 
  • Drive the financial success of the product portfolio by setting pricing strategies, monitoring revenue growth, and managing product profitability. 
  • Collaborate with the executive management team, including the CEO and other department heads, to contribute to high-level strategic planning and decision-making for the entire organization 
  • Help shape the long-term vision of the company, ensuring that product development aligns with the organization's growth and market positioning objectives. 

Requirements

  • Vast knowledge of the finance ecosystem and experience with financial products 
  • Experienced in working with both large customers and design partners. 
  • Good sense of ownership & accountability 
  • Customer success approach 
  • Strategic & creative thinker with the ability to craft go-to-market strategies and campaigns in collaboration with marketing. 
  • Proven track record of owning and growing a product from product vision, strategic planning, and road mapping, through execution and getting it into the hands of customers. 
  • People leader with demonstrated success in leading and mentoring teams and individuals. 
  • Great leadership and interpersonal skills. Lead people to continuously improve and set high standards. 
  • Strong analytical skills, technical abilities, written and verbal communication, organizational skills. 
  • Experience working at companies in different stages, ideally mid-stage startup as well as bigger companies. 
  • Experience in a global environment and collaboration with offshore development groups. 
  • At least 10 years of product management in a leadership role and experience developing SaaS products and technologies 
  • At least 3 years of experience as a VP or similar leading position 
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience
