We are seeking an experienced Engineering Group Manager to join our passionate team at Tarya Fintech and help us shape the embedded financial space.

You are the team member we want since you are highly motivated and experienced Manual QA Analyst with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. Our ideal candidate is able to collaborate with cross-functional teams with the out most effective communication skills and collaboration skills; You are also excellent with paying special attention to details and proven commitment to delivering high quality results. As we are a fast paced and dynamic company, our dynamic is the same and so you need to be able to adapt to that work environment.
Test Planning and Design:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and design comprehensive test plans.
- Develop detailed test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios based on project specifications.
- Execute manual test cases to identify and report defects, ensuring the proper functioning of software applications.
- Verify data integrity by writing and executing SQL queries against relational databases.
- Conduct functional, integration, regression, and system testing.
- Utilize Postman and Swagger to ensure API functionality meets project requirements.
- Validate data exchange between different system components through API testing.
- Document and report software defects, including detailed steps to reproduce issues and their impact on the application.
- Track and prioritize defects and work with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date test documentation, including test cases, test scripts, and test results.
- Create and update test plans and test summary reports.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and improve software quality.
- Participate in regular meetings to discuss project status, issues, and progress.
- Proactively identify process improvements and opportunities to enhance the overall testing strategy.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in software testing.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of manual testing experience in software quality assurance.
- Strong understanding of software quality assurance processes.
- Proficiency in using tools such as Postman, SQL, Swagger, and API testing.
- Proficiency in SQL for database testing and data validation.
- Hands-on experience with Postman and Swagger for API testing.
- Knowledge of financial concepts and related software systems - Advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and spoken English.
