Responsibilities and main job tasks

  • Translating business needs and market research into product specifications
  • Work as part of a SCRUM team that includes developers and QA
  • Communicate with both internal and external customers
  • Manage the SCRUM team roadmap with a guidance from the company product management
  • Participate in the overall product team effort to create state of the art products that fulfill the company vision and strategy
  • Track and report progress on a regular basis
  • Work with many teams such as Operations, development, user interface designers and more

Requirements

  • Experience working in an agile environment as a Product Manager or Product Owner
  • Experience with IT and software projects
  • Have some level of technical understanding such as defining APIs, data structures etc.;Jira
  • High level of planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills with members, staff, and individuals in the community in a professional manner. This will require excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills along with the ability to present and explain information effectively
  • High level of planning and organizational skills
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Flexible, self-motivated with the ability to multitask
